REAR SETS
SATO RACING Rear Sets for 2014-16* Ducati Monster 1200/S and 2015-17 Monster 821 features a heavy-duty, track-engineered design, with all components precision machined out of high strength anodized billet aluminum, and fastened together with stainless steel bolts. Modular adjustable design provides 4 unique Foot Peg positions, so you can find the ideal position for your riding style. This premium Rear Sets kit includes a set of black anodized billet aluminum mounting plates to replace the stock pivot cover hardware. The Foot Peg position can be adjusted horizontally 2 ways on the Step Plate. Additionally, the Step Plate position can also be adjusted diagonally where it attaches to the Base Plate, for a total of 4 positions, bringing your feet higher up compared to stock. |
Rear Sets include an integrated hanger bracket for the muffler. NOTE: The passenger pegs are deleted when installng this kit. Rear Sets kit includes a pressure-type brake light switch. |
Provides a dedicated stock shifting pattern. Reverse / GP shift pattern is not an option for this model. The Gold version has black anodized base plates and exhaust hanger. NOTE: The above photo shows our Rear Sets for 2016 Monster 1200R. The version for the 2014-16 Monster 1200/ 821 is similar on the shifter side. |
Our Rear Sets are designed to use the OEM shift arm / rod ends (as seen in the photo of the Gold Rear Sets above). We also make a matching Shift Arm made of Black, Silver or Gold anodized billet aluminum (The Black one is shown in the above photo) that can be used with these Rear Sets instead of the stock shift arm, providing a wider adjustment range and a shorter throw compared to stock. The Foot Pegs have a finely knurled pattern with excellent grip characteristics, along with a comfortable, intuitive feel. The shift and brake pedals use double miniature stainless bearings for smooth, precise lever actuation. The mounting points for the pedals are on a separate axis from the foot pegs for optimal control and leverage. The standard Pedal Tips (toe pegs) are made of tough, abrasion-resistant black Delrin. Additional Pedal Tip styles, such as aluminum Pedal Tips with fluted rubber grips, are available options. |

Cutout-style FOOT PEG
This super-lightweight anodized billet aluminum peg for competition use* features a rectangular-motif grip pattern. An End Cap made of abrasion-resistant black Delrin is included. * NOTE: Due to the lightweight hollowed-out design, these pegs are intended for track use only. Not recommended for heavier riders or stunting purposes. |

FOOT PEG TOOL
SATO RACING PEG TOOL
is an aluminum wrench designed specifically for use with Sato Racing Foot Pegs, giving you a way to hold the peg firmly when removing or tightening it without risking scratching the finish, such as might happen if using a regular steel wrench or pliers to grip the peg. This versatile tool has squared off sides so it can be held in a vice. This can be useful in certain situations, such as if you need to extract a stud from a peg. Made of high strength billet aluminum with a gold anodized finish. NOTE: Fits SATO Foot Pegs made in the last 4 years or so. Most earlier Sato pegs will also fit with the wrench, but machining tolerances for the pegs were not as precise a few years ago, so we cannot guarantee compatibility with all our pegs. |
