SATO RACING Rear Sets for Sportster are designed by request from
a very passionate Harley shop owner in Japan who manufactures aftermarket
exhaust systems, so they are designed to fit with that particular style of
exhaust*. If your Sportster has a similar aftermarket pipe (see photos below), and you desire a more aggressive, sportbike-like riding position, then these Rear Sets may be the perfect solution. Our Rear Sets for 2014 and up Sportster XL883/ XL1200 (non-ABS) are CNC-machined out of high strength billet aluminum anodized in your choice of all Black, or Silver with contrasting Black base plates. True mid-position design - provides adjustable foot positions that bring your feet higher and much further back compared to the stock pegs. Matching Tandem Brackets are an option for XL1200. *NOTE: For use with an aftermarket exhaust. Not compatible with the stock exhaust. Not recommended for installation on ABS-equipped Sportster. The Foot Pegs are relocated rearward by 220-230mm (8 5/8"-9") compared to the stock pegs.
Our Foot Pegs have a finely knurled pattern for non-slip grip and a comfortable, intuitive feel.
The position of the Peg is adjustable 4 ways. The Pedal Tip position can also be adjusted.
Removable
Tandem Brackets are an option for XL1200 series. They are for use with the stock passenger pegs.
The stock master cylinder is flipped around and relocated higher up, eliminating the brake rod.
NOTE: The brake hose will need to be replaced with a longer one.
The brake pedal has double stainless bearings for smooth, precise pedal movement with a solid feel.

Our Rear Sets were designed for use with this particular style of exhaust system seen in the photos,
but it could also be compatible with other styles of exhausts as long as there is no interference with
the mounting location of our parts, and there is sufficient clearance for brake pedal movement.
