REAR SETS - Version2 (Forward/ Up)
| SATO RACING 'Version 2' design Rear Sets for 2009-2014 S1000RR and HP4 feature components made of light-weight high strength billet aluminum anodized in your choice of Black, Silver or Gold. These "Forward/Up"-type Rear Sets have a one-piece step plate design that provides a higher and more forward range of foot peg positions compared to our original S1000RR Rear Sets. As with that model, this model can be set up for stock shift pattern or reverse shift pattern. We offer a kit compatible with the early non-ABS version of S1000RR, in addition to the ABS-equipped models. |

The Foot Peg and Pedal Tip positions are fully adjustable.
Base Plate position can be adjusted vertically on the frame.
Our billet aluminum foot pegs have a finely knurled pattern for a great feel.
The standard Pedal Tips are made of tough Delrin. Other styles of Pedal Tips,
including aluminum Pedal Tips with fluted rubber grips, are available options.
The shift and brake pedals have double stainless bearings for smooth operation and a premium feel.
Quick shifter-compatible shift linkage lets you use either stock or reverse (GP) shift pattern
(see animated GIF below)

You can switch from stock shift to reverse shift pattern
by relocating the shift rod to the opposite hole.

| SATO RACING offers several optional styles of Pedal Tips (toe pegs) in addition the long-style black DELRIN Pedal Tips that come standard with most of our Rear Sets (part# ST-001D18 in the photo above). FOOT PEG TOOL
| SATO RACING PEG TOOL
is an aluminum wrench designed specifically for use with Sato Racing Foot Pegs, giving you a way to hold the peg firmly when removing or tightening it without risking scratching the finish, such as might happen if using a regular steel wrench or pliers to grip the peg. This versatile tool has squared off sides so it can be held in a vice. This can be useful in certain situations, such as if you need to extract a stud from a peg. Made of high strength billet aluminum with a gold anodized finish. NOTE: Fits SATO Foot Pegs made in the last 4 years or so. Most earlier Sato pegs will also fit with the wrench, but machining tolerances for the pegs were not as precise a few years ago, so we cannot guarantee compatibility with all our pegs. |
