REAR SETS
| SATO RACING Rear Sets for 2014-16 BMW S1000R features a track-engineered design, with components precision machined out of light-weight, high strength anodized billet aluminum. You can choose from 5 adjustable foot peg positions that bring your feet higher up compared to stock. Multi-link shift link design allows you to set it up for either stock shift pattern or GP-style reverse shift pattern. Choice of Black, Silver or Gold anodized finish. |

The positions of both the Foot Pegs and the Pedal Tips are adjustable.
The Foot Pegs have a finely knurled pattern for excellent grip and a comfortable, intuitive feel.
Double stainless bearings in the shift and brake pedals help ensure smooth, precise lever actuation
with a solid feel. You can adjust the stop position of the Brake Pedal by rotating the pedal stopper.
If you have the stock BMW exhaust or stock-style aftermarket exhaust canister
that hangs from the tail end of the rear sets, this black-anodized billet aluminum
Exhaust Hanger Bracket (sold separately) works well with our S1000R Rear Sets.
The peg positions provided by these Rear Sets can move your
feet up to 37.5mm up and 12.5mm back compared to stock.
The standard Pedal Tips are made of tough Delrin plastic. Additional Pedal Tip styles, such as
folding-style aluminum Pedal Tips with rubber sleeves, are an available option: More Details
These Rear Sets are cleanly styled to blend well with the lines of the S1000R.
Shift linkage can be set up for stock or reverse (GP) shift pattern
(see animated GIF below)
You can switch from stock shift to reverse shift pattern
by relocating the shift rod to the opposite hole.

| SATO RACING offers several optional styles of Pedal Tips (toe pegs) in addition the long-style black DELRIN Pedal Tips that come standard with most of our Rear Sets (part# ST-001D18 in the photo above). FOOT PEG TOOL
| SATO RACING PEG TOOL
is an aluminum wrench designed specifically for use with Sato Racing Foot Pegs, giving you a way to hold the peg firmly when removing or tightening it without risking scratching the finish, such as might happen if using a regular steel wrench or pliers to grip the peg. This versatile tool has squared off sides so it can be held in a vice. This can be useful in certain situations, such as if you need to extract a stud from a peg. Made of high strength billet aluminum with a gold anodized finish. NOTE: Fits SATO Foot Pegs made in the last 4 years or so. Most earlier Sato pegs will also fit with the wrench, but machining tolerances for the pegs were not as precise a few years ago, so we cannot guarantee compatibility with all our pegs. |
